Research into HIV

The results below are for two girls who did the best from the treatment. I was told that they were HIV-positive, they had symptoms of numerous infections, and they tested positive for HIV by my methods. I did ask the Director of their Orphanage for HIV certificates or confirmation they were HIV-positive from those who tested them, but he was unable to supply this, so it is just possible that they were not HIV-positive. I personally think they were infected with HIV. The tests below show the results obtained.
Laboratory results

The photo on the left shows Emm and that on the right shows Oolana (not their real names). I first started treating them in December 2004. They had respiratory tract infections and fevers showing their immune systems were weak. After taking my remedies for a few weeks, they showed real improvements. Later my testing suggested they were completely well. In July 2006 we had laboratory tests done and found they really are well, as explained below. Both now have super-strong immune systems, and have become HIV negative, which means they are free of the virus and well. I will now give the evidence in more detail.

Oolana
Emm
The laboratory tests found:
1.     CD4 count was 3,233 cells/mm3 (normal range 621 - 1,337).
2.     CD4/CD8 ratio = 1.54. This means no immuno-suppression.
3.     Viral load less than 50 copies per microlitre (undetectable).
4.     HIV negative by three different tests. Test certificate shown below.
Oolana
The laboratory tests found:
1.     CD4 count was 1,817 cells/mm3 (normal range 621 - 1,337).
2.     CD4/CD8 ratio = 1.33. This means no immuno-suppression.
3.     Viral load less than 50 copies per microlitre (undetectable).
4.     HIV negative by three different tests. Test certificate shown below.
Discussion of Results
1.     HIV destroys the CD4 T-cells and so reduces the CD4 count. When it gets below 200, one has AIDS. Here both girls are way above the normal range at 3,233 and 1,817 respectively. This shows how strong their immune systems have become.
2.      The viral load is a measure of how many virus particles there are in the blood. If someone is no longer infected, this number should be zero. However, it is difficult to measure down to zero. The most sensitive viral load test normally available, is sensitive down to 50 copies per microlitre. Both of their viral load tests were less than 50 and undetectable, which is compatible with them being free of the virus, but not proof. Note: they were not on any medication when these tests were done, and had never taken ARV drugs. They had stopped taking my remedies more than a year before.
3.     The ratio CD4/CD8 is always less than one when the immune system is suppressed by a number of diseases (e.g. HIV, TB, influenza). It's normal (healthy) range is 0.9 to 5. It's unhealthy (suppressed) range is 0.0 to 1.0. It can only be greater than 1 if there is no immune suppression. This ratio is greater than 1 for both girls, therefore their immune systems are not suppressed. They have normal, healthy, very strong immune systems, and this is good evidence they have overcome the virus.
4.     They were then tested for HIV by three different tests: CMI (chemiluminescence immuno assay), Determine and GPA (gelatin particle agglutination). CMI and Determine are rapid screening tests to see if the patient may be HIV positive. GPA is equivalent to the ELISA test and is done to make sure the rapid screening result is correct. They were HIV negative by all three tests. Therefore they are free of the virus.
5.     I went to see them 7 months later (February 2007) and they are in full bloom. No signs of any illness and full of energy, health and joy. Taking all this evidence together (healthy immune system and HIV negative), they really have completely overcome it and are well.
Conclusions
Before I started this work, I was convinced that children would be easier to help overcome HIV than adults. These results suggest this is true for some children. Please note I do not have a reliable treatment for HIV in children. Furthermore, this project has almost stopped because of lack of money. Income from this website could help it to proceed again, and who knows, I may be able to help more children.
It was knowledge and experience from this work on HIV which enabled me to develop this treatment for EBV. The treatment for EBV has taken the technology several steps further, and it should now be possible to apply these methods to improve the treatment for HIV.

Laboratory Certificates for HIV Tests
Both girls were tested by three HIV tests(CMI, Determine and GPA). The test certificates are shown below - Emm's first, then Oolana's. The results are shown in the right column of each of the certificates in spidery handwriting.
